We often find ourselves lost in the realms of daily lives and we tend to get so distracted that we forget to gravitate toward God. I struggle to devote time to God. Sometimes, unplugging from social media and taking time to rest is a good way to decompress from the stress and distraction of life. Keeping the Sabbath is a great way to start and try dedicating your mornings or evenings to God. For example, instead of grabbing the phone to check social media; start your day with prayer and a Bible scripture. Throughout your day, try taking deep breaths and listening to positive music/gospel. In the evening, you can take time to talk to God before you go to sleep.
