Spiritual Deep Cleaning

I've been busy deep cleaning my house, with reorganizing the laundry room, cleaning baseboards, mopping and sweeping, etc. But something was revealed to me.

The house is still flithy, I'm not talking about physically filthy with clutter and such. I'm talking about spiritually. It is the spiritual clutter, that we don't see. As Ephesians 6:12 states that it is the principalities and rulers of the dark world aka the unseen wicked and evil that we are wrestling against.

I'm calling for deep spiritual cleaning from floor to ceiling and from room to room. We need plead the Blood of Jesus over every item that enters our home, pray over every room, remove and rebuke any and all wicked items that is saturated with curses and covenants of evil (New age occultism, demonic, or idolatry items.)

Each door should have written above it [Isaiah 54:17] as for the Word of the Lord is covering every entrance. Anointing Oil should be sprinkled and poured over all four corners of the house. We should pray daily for protection over our home, cars, and bodies.

The house itself might look pretty and appealing to the eye, like something out of Better Homes and Garden or Pinterest. But the spirit of the house may also look as a witch's coven.

Clean your house and close all for the spiritual doors of evil, rebuke and bind all wickedness in Christ Holy Name.

Plan G

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 NIV Remember when we played the game "MASH" as kids or when we began to frivolously draft out our life plans before our eighteenth birthday? Our plans looked something like this.....College at 18, married by 21, stable career by 22, and kids by 23. Well, my life plans were something along those lines. But, did that happen..? Yes and no; allow me to explain. Yes, I went to college but not as I expected. My college experience was unique and rewarding to my benefit. I graduated at 23 with two degrees under my belt. And what about marriage and kids... well, not yet but I'm praying every day for my readiness and maturity for that.  I'm sure you're reading this and thinking geez, her life didn't go as planned and you're right. It wasn't my plan, it was God's plan and purpose for my life. For ...

Move In Silence

M-I-S, so that you won't "miss" your opportunity! When working on things and creating ideas, we are often excited to share the great news from the mountain tops. Granted, there is nothing wrong with being proud of your works nor is there wrong with wanting to share them with your circle. But we have to be mindful of the idea that not everyone is celebrating with you. Have you ever had a brilliant idea or exciting new thing happen in your life and you immediately shared it via social media or by word-of-mouth? Remember, how you had one or more persons who said some hurtful things or how when these got hard, you felt too embarrassed to mention it out of fear of more judgment? We have all experienced this at some point in our lives and it sucks. You should be able to share the news about a new relationship, job opportunity, baby, business idea, etc. But face it, we all have enemies plotting against us in jealousy.  How do you avoid missing your unique and wonder...

Wear Your Shoes, Walk Your Own Journey

1 Corinthians 3:7-9 NIV " So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God's service; you are God's field, God's building. "   You have your own purpose in Christ, never try to wear the shoes or walk the journey of someone else.  Remember that infamous children story of Goldielocks and the 3 bears? For there was a house with three bowls of porridge, three chairs, and three beds. Divided into three portions; the papa bear, mama bear and baby bear portions. Goldie, tried out the papa and mama bears porridge, chairs and bed only to find out that it was never meant for her but only the baby bear's things were a perfect fit for her.  The whole premise of the story is to teach children to never take or settle for something that is not for you (granted ne...
